PayPal and Mal's E-Commerce Shopping Cart Websites
Versatile, reliable, secure shopping carts
It is important when offering products online that you use
a reliable shopping cart system. PayPal is one such system
that I highly recommend to those that have 20 or fewer products
to offer.
PayPal enables your customers to purchase your products via
any major credit card or withdrawal from their checking account
in the form of an E-check. PayPal now offers the option of
either setting up an account with them in order to record
account information OR not setting up an account and entering
credit card information each time a purchase is made.
When choosing to use PayPal for your shopping cart, you must
take into consideration whether or not you wish to accept
personal checks or money orders mailed to you for a product.
If so, PayPal can easily be integrated with Mal's Ecommerce
shopping cart which will allow you that flexibility.
PayPal charges a percentage of the sale as a fee for their
service. Unlike other merchant accounts that charge monthly
statement fees, fees per sale, percentage of gross sale and
monthly maintenance fees, PayPal only charges the one fee.
This can save a business owner tons of money over the course
of a year.
Mal's E-Commerce shopping cart, used on the sites below,
is free. Mal's does have other features that
they use for sites that have larger needs than these sites,
and offers them for a reasonable charge.
